PURPOSE:To form a linear slide motor by providing a slider composed so that the axial polarities are alternate and a stator composed so that the polarities are alternately converted by coils faced with the slider. CONSTITUTION:A slider 1 is composed of superposed many magnets 3, 3,... so that poles N, S are alternately disposed at a shaft 2, and stators 4a, 4b are provided as a set at the prescribed interval faced with the slider 1. The stators 4a, 4b are respectively converted in polarities by coils 6, and one or more salient poles 4' of the same width as the width (t) of the pole of the magnet 3 faced to interpose the slider 1 are provided. With a slide motor thus constructed, the stators 4a, 4b can be driven linearly the energizing the coils 6. |
