<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the inserting work of nut into molding as well as make easier the removal of molding by a method in which the inflow of resin into the screw hole of nut is prevented by a bolt, and the bolt is removed through the threaded portion of the molding. CONSTITUTION:A bolt 14 having a length similar to the width l of a molding 10 is set, along with a nut 13 screwed into the threaded hole 12 of nut 13, into a cavity for forming the molding 10 injection. Also, the bolt 14 has a tap form, having a threaded portion to be screwed with the the thread of the nut 13 on its periphery and a dent 16 with a groove 15 radially extending from almost its central portion on its one end side. Thus, when injection molding is made under the condition that the bolt 14 is beforehand screwed with the threaded hole 12, the inflow of resin for the molding 10 into the threaded inner wall of the screw hole can be avoided by the connection between the bolt 14 and the screw hole 12, and therefore, no adherence of the resin to the inner wall side of the screw hole 12 occurs even after removing the bolt 14.</p> |
