A casing for a galvanic primary cell, and a galvanic primary cell having such a casing, the casing consisting of an outer metallic jacket 1 and a layer 2 which insulates the jacket against the live parts of the cell, the insulating layer being secured by a non-hardening adhesive to the inside of the jacket, the said adhesive permitting the insulating layer to shift relative to the jacket when the jacket is bent, rerolled, or the like, while holding the insulating layer to the jacket. <IMAGE> |
