PURPOSE:To provide a rotor with the role of bearing the force opposing to centrifugal force at the time of revolution while improving working property by wrapping the magnets of one rotor by a non-magnetic material, integrally molding the magnets and preparing a cylindrical magnetic pole piece. CONSTITUTION:The magnets 2 of one rotor are wrapped by the non-magnetic material 3, and molded integrally, and the cylindrical magnetic pole piece is manufactured. A rotor core formed by an iron plate being punched, etc. is covered with the cylindrical magnetic pole piece, and the core is fixed. Accordingly, since the magnets 2 are wrapped by the non-magnetic material 3 and molded integrally, the role of bearing the force opposing to centrifugal force at the time of revolution is made sufficient, and efficiency at the work can be improved. |
