PURPOSE:To manufacture multiple electrolytic corrosion prevntive leads, by unifying a substrate forming corrosion preventive electric conductive paste on the leads and a substrate provided with a recess at a part corresponding to the said paste, cutting and splitting the unified substrate. CONSTITUTION:A glass substrate 2' provided with a recess 9 formed with mixed acids taking hydrofluoric acid as major content, and with a transparent oxide electrode 1', and a glass substrate 2 screen-printing conductive paste 8 in which graphite is dispersed in a resin on lead terminals 6 of a transparent oxide electrode 1, are sealed with a seal member 3. Although the film thickness of the paste 8 is greater than a panel gap sealed with a liquid crystal, since the recess is formed on another opposing substrate, a plurality of panels can be made at the same time without contacting the paste 8 with the base 2'. Cutoff positions are shown in (a) and individual liquid crystal display panels can be obtained by scribing. |
