PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy by decreasing time error without complicated constitution, through the automatic correction of the pace via an addition/subtraction circuit at each time interval by the operation on based on the operation time interval and error time stored in a memory. CONSTITUTION:When time matching is made through a closed switch 20 for stopped watch operation, clocks phi1, phi2 are generated from an entire control block 19 and an initial count value ''0'' of frequency dividers 8, 10 is set to memory blocks 11, 12. Next, after 20 days clock time, error such as 5sec is corrected by operating the switch 20, the error, 5sec and switch operation interval, 20 are stored in the block 11, 12. Based on the pace correction rate stored, a pulse generation block 17 is controlled with the operation at each 20 days via coincidence circuits 13, 14, frequency division blocks 15, 16, and control block 18, the pace correction pulse is applied to an addition/subtraction block 4, and the pace can automatically be corrected synchronizingly. Thus, error can be less without complicated constitution, allowing to increase the accuracy of time. |
