PURPOSE:An analgesic obtained by blending emolfazon with acetaminophen, sulpyrin, or glaphenine, having extremely powerful analgesic action by the synergistic action of both the agents, and reduced toxicity. CONSTITUTION:Emolfazon; chemical name, 4-ethoxy-2-methyl-5-morpholino-3(2H)- pyridazinone, an analgesic, is blended with one of acetaminophen, sulpyrin, glaphenine, a peripheral analgesic. The pharmaceutical preparation contains 1/4-1/2 based on the single clinical amount used of emolfazon and 1/20-1/2 based on the single clinical amount used of the peripheral analgesic in a preferable weight ratio of the both the agent. The titled composition exhibits powerful analgenic action by a small amount of medication, and has extremely low toxicity. |
