<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electric current transformer that can reduce errors in high frequency measurement by connecting a pair of Hall elements in such a way that the induced voltages are subtracted thereby eliminating Hall element errors substantially. CONSTITUTION:A Hall element which forms an electric current transformer together with an annular iron core providd with a gap part enclosing a bus or the like to be measured, detects the magnetic flux generated in proportion to the current flowing in the bus and outputs the corresponding hall voltage via load 7 is constituted of a pair of Hall elements 8a, 8b. If such elements 8a, 8b, etc. are installed mutually opposite in the front and rear or the like, the Hall voltage components are added and the induction voltage components induced by electromagnetic induction are subtracted, whereby Hall element errors are substantially eliminated, and the current transformer which reduces errors in high frequency measurement is obtained.</p> |
