PURPOSE:To obtain a cushion body favorable in surface appearance and feel good to the touch and excellent in shape retaining property by a method wherein a stretchable woven fabric and a nonwoven fabric of a thermoplastic synthetic resin are laminated on the back side of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet, and the laminate sheet is used as a facing material. CONSTITUTION:The facing material 3 produced by laminating the stretchable woven fabric and the nonwoven fabric of a thermoplastic synthetic resin on the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet is placed on lower mold 2 having suction holes 1, with the resin sheet side in contact with the mold. Then, the facing material 3 is heated and sucked to be brought into contact with the inside surface of the lower mold 2. Subsequently, a raw liquid material for a flexible polyurethane foamed body is poured on the facing material fitted in the mold 2, an upper mold 5 is clamped on the lower mld 2, and the raw liquid material is foamed to obtain a cushion body comprised of the facing material 3 and the foamed body integral with each other. |
