PURPOSE:To shorten a real operation time of an industrial television, by operating the industrial television only when an input sensor information is varied. CONSTITUTION:A sensor information inputted from an input terminal 1 is displayed on a display panel 3 and also is inputted to a detecting circuit 4. Subsequently, a video signal displayed on the display panel 3 is picked up by an industrial television 6, is stored in a memory 7, and also is sent out from an output terminal 9 through a read out circuit 8. On the other hand, the detecting circuit 4 which has inputted the sensor information sends out a control signal when the sensor information has been varied, opens the diaphragm of the industrial television by driving a controlling circuit 5, picks up a picture of the display panel 3, stores a picked-up picture signal in the memory 7, and also sends it out from the output terminal 9 again through the readout circuit 8 in accordance with a command from the controlling circuit 5. |
