PURPOSE:To enable to design a resin-pouring passage freely by a method wherein a split mold of a slide mold is provided with a recessed part which constitute an undercut against the mold-opening direction of a main mold and which can be demolded in the mold-opening direction of the slide mold. CONSTITUTION:The slide core 13 of a mold system is provided with the recessed part 24 at a resin well part 22. When the main mold 10 is opened in the direction A-A, the recessed part 24 constitutes an undercut against the mold-opening direction A-A of the main mold 10, so that a residual molded article 20' cannot be released from the slide mold 13. When the slide mold 13 is opened in the direction B-B, demold is effected along a slanted surface of the resin well part 22 so that the residual molded article 20' produced in the resin well 20 is released through a gate part 25' while being attached to the main body 15 of the molded article. |
