PURPOSE:To fix spectacle lenses to spectacle frames safely, by a fixture made of an elastic body with a tapered shape screwed to a female screw hole. CONSTITUTION:A tip 7 of a fixture 6 is inserted to a hole 5 of spectacle lens 4, and it is inserted to a hole 3 where a female screw hole for spectacle lens holding support 2. A head 8 of the fixture 6 is formed thicker than the hole 5 of the lens 4. A lens fixing worker pushes in the head 8 of the fixture 6 with a finger F while turning clockwise until the head is stopped to the hole 3 formed with female screw, and the fixture 6 has a male screw and it can be used as a bolt. After screwing of the fixture 6 is finished, the unnecessary tip 7 is cut off, and if required, a nut 17 is used for sure tightening. |
