PURPOSE:To prevent damage caused by thermal stress generated in the captioned combustor to the top of a liner of which a whirler is provided, by jointing both of whirler and combustor liner by elastically pressure-contacting a whirler to a liner. CONSTITUTION:The combustor is constituted such that a heat insulating material 2 is provided to the inside of an outer casing 1, to the inside of which a combustor liner 3, having a plurality of air holes 3a, is installed. In this combustor, the flange 6a of outer periphery of a whirler 6, inserted slidably into a fuel injection nozzle 5, is abutted against the top part of a liner 3. A plurality of rods 11 in parallel with a nozzle 5 are protruded from the flange 6a, and these rods 11 are respectively inserted into a plurality of guide tubes 13 which are formed integrally into a flange 12 for fitting a nozzle 5. And junction of a whirler 6 to the top of a liner 3 is elastically achieved, by inserting a spring 14 to each guide tube 13 and by screwing a plug 15 into the outer end of a guide tube 13. |
