In the device, multiple light-receiving parts(2) are arrayed with constant pitch H, horizontally. Each of the even-number light-receiving parts(2a) in horizontal direction is arrayed in the midst of the odd-number light- receiving parts(26) in horizontal direction. The device provides wideband of output signal and excellent dissecting power through limiting distortion.
