PURPOSE:To reduce man-hours for performing nondestructive check, by providing a traveling rail plate which is fixed to the location to which a heat exchanger can approach readily, a positioning guide which can freely move on said rail plate, and a probe insertion extending pipe which is inserted through a hole in said guid plate and can be coupled with the hole of the heat conducting pipe of a pipe plate part. CONSTITUTION:The traveling rail plate 25 is fixed to a flange 13 in parallel with the pipe plate 2 and has holes at the part where the group of heat conducting pipes 16 passes in the axial direction. The positioning guide plate 26 having the same arrangement of the guide holes 29 as a part of the heat conducting hole arrangement pattern of the pipe plate 2 can freely move on two rails in parallel. The probe insertion extending tube 24 is inserted from the guide hole 29 and its tip is just coupled with the hole of the heat conducting pipe 16 of the pipe plate part 2. The probe insertion extending pipe 24 is inserted in one hole 29 of the guide plate 26 with the rear part being left, and the guide plate 26 is moved. When the tip of the extending pipe 24 is aligned with the hole of the heat conducting pipe, the extending pipe 24 is completely inserted, the tip of the extending pipe 24 is coupled with the hole of the heat conducting pipe, and the guide plate 26 is fixed and positioned. |
