PURPOSE:To prevent defective fuel dripping to a rotary vane and design a reduction of smoke emission by a method wherein a cylindrical boss is extended from the outskirts of a disk having a nozzle hole of a fuel injection nozzle in the center, on which an air rotating vane is installed and an air intake is provided as well. CONSTITUTION:This flame holder 1 is provided with a disk 4 having a central hole 3 which holds a fuel injection nozzle 2, a cylindrical boss 5, which forms a part of the disk 4, is extended axially from the outskirts of the disk 4. The boss 5 is provided with an air rotating vane 6 at its fringe, the vane 6 is constituted by a large number of blades 7 formed radially, which supplies a rotating air flow 9 into a combustion chamber 8. Plural air intakes 10 are provided on the boss 5, and the air intakes 10 are provided so as to be able to supply an air flow 11 available within gas, which has an about the same directional flow with that of the rotary air flow 9 by the air rotating vane 6, along an interior wall. With this an adherence of a liquid drop to the rotating blades 7 at the time of defective fuel atomization can be prevented. |
