PURPOSE:To smoothly stop a carrier with no rebound, by detecting a speed or a position to be changed of the carrier, which runs to the final end part of a rail, while controlling repulsive force of fixed and movable magnets based on said detection and moderating the carrier, which collides against the movable magnet, to be decelerated by the repulsive force. CONSTITUTION:A carrier 2 comes running to a final end part 10 on a rail 1, and a speed of the carrier 2 or its position is detected to change by a detecting means 7. On the basis of the above detection, requlsive forces of a fixed magnet 50 and a movable magnet 53 are controlled. And the carrier 2, if it collides with the movable magnet 53 narrow decreasing a space, is decelerated by moderating a shock by the repulsive force which is eliminated if the carrier 2 approaches a stop position. In this way, the carrier 2 can be stopped to the final end part 10 on the rail 1 being prevented from rebounding, further the carrier 2 can be prevented also from its break. |
