<p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy and the operability of an apparatus elimiating fluctuation in relative speed sigals by providing a damper for removing Doppler signals from a vehicle itself carrying a measuring apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A high pass damper is provided between a Doppler signal amplifier and a waveform shaping device to remove Doppler signals from a vehicle itself carrying a measuring device contained besides relative speed signals from the vehicle and a target vehicle. For example, when a micro radiowave oscillated from an oscillator 3 is projected to a target vehicle A from an antenna 1 passing a circulator 2, the reflected radiowave to be received passes through the antenna 1 and the circulator 2 and mixed with a part of oscillation outputs from the oscillator 3 as local signals by means of a mixer 4, it is taken out as Doppler signal and amplified with an amplifier 5. A speed signal of the vehicle itself carrying the measuring device mixed into the Doppler signal is removed with a high pass damper 10 so that only the relative speed can be discriminated with a wave shaping device 6. In addition, the ground speed of the target vehicle A is measured with a vehicle speed measuring device 8 and an arithmetic unit 7 and displayed on an indicator 9.</p> |
