PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive solar heat collector with a high durability and heat collecting efficiency by forming a heat collecting coating containing organic matter through a zinc coating on the surface of a solar heat collector made of copper or copper alloy. CONSTITUTION:A copper pipe 3 is calked heat conductively to a curved part 2 in the middle of a copper heat collecting fin 1, and after clearning, 5mu thick zinc coating is made on the fin in an electric zinc plating bath and, after a post treatment sealing (chromate, phosphoric acid treatment), zinc coating of 2-10mu thickness is formed. Then a heat collecting coat 5 is formed by bake drying a paint with a selective absorbability such as acrylate resin paint on the market, diluted to suitable viscosity with a solvent and sprayed. |
