<p>PURPOSE:To perform a quick editing processing, by operating key segments for scrolling on a tablet to switch a character input mode and a scroll mode and multiplying the quantity of movement of an input pen by an integer. CONSTITUTION:A tablet 11 is connected to a detecting part 12 which detects the quantity of movement of an input pen 6. Scroll information from the detecting part 12 is inputted to a counter 13 as a scroll controlling part to correct values of up/down counters U/D13A and U/D13B. Outputs C1 and C2 of the U/D13A and the U/D13B are connected to inputs E1 and E2 of multipliers 13C and 13D. Outputs F1 and F2 of multipliers 13C and 13D are connected to a CRT dislay device 3.</p> |
