PURPOSE:To transfer data in high speed and with simple control, by using a pair of interface registers connected in parallel and the combination of a synchronous timing and an asynchronous timing. CONSTITUTION:In case that a transfer controller 1 requests an input/output device 2 to read data, the input/outut device 2 transmits a strobe-in signal Si of the synchronizing signal to the transfer controller 1 through a strobe signal line 4 to report the timing of data transfer and transmits transfer data onto a data bus 6. In case that the transfer controller 1 requests the input/outut device 2 to write data, the input/outout device 2 transmits a strobe-in signal Si of the synchronizing signal to report the timing of data transfer, namely, the data request to the transfer controller 1, and the transfer controller 1 secures the skew of a time t3 to transmit a strobe-out signal SO to the input/outut device 2 after detecting the strobe-in signal Si and reports data transfer. |
