PURPOSE:To detect the runaway of a program to initialize automatically a microprocessor, by make an excess memory such as of the parity check system unnecessary and providing a simple circuit additionally. CONSTITUTION:Since an used area is accessed for the runaway of a program, the address of the unused area is decoded by a decoder 4, and the signal at a pint (a) becomes 1, and it is read to a J-K flip flop 5. By an output Q of the J-K flip flop 5, an LED is lit, and a microprocessor is reset. Since this state is held unless the J-K flip flop 5 is reset from the external, the microprocessor is automatically initialized to stop the runaway of the program when the microprocessor 1 accesses the unused area even if one time. |
