PURPOSE:To uniform illuminance distribution by arranging prescribed auxiliary reflecting plates which face an irradiation object at both outward ends of a cylindrical ultraviolet-ray lamp. CONSTITUTION:At both outward ends of a cylindrical ultraviolet-ray lamp, auxiliary reflecting plates 7 facing an irradiation object are arranged and their fitting angles are 45-90 deg. to the center axis of the lamp. The fitting angles are variable between 45 and 90 deg. upon occasion. |
