PURPOSE:To accelerate the uniform mixture of powder and fluid by facilitating defoaming, by providing a vacuum mixer for fluid and powder with a means of crushing the powder in circulating mixed fluid. CONSTITUTION:After a constant amount of fluid is supplied to a vacuum container 1, a high-speed driver 14 and a low-speed driver 15 are started to supply a constant amount of powder and the container 1 is sealed. An upright screw pump 2 equipped with stirring blades 3 circulates stirred and mixed fluid while flowing it along the top surface of an umbrella type plate 5, and >=2 conical rollers 7 which revolve on their axes and also turn alond the top surface of the umbrella plate 5 are provided to constitute a device which crushes aggregates of undispersed powder in the mixed fluid repeatedly and performs vacuum evacuation for a prescribed time. This device accelerates defoaming and dispersion of the powder thereby accelerating the uniform mixture of the mixed fluid. |
