PURPOSE:To save energy through reduction of cooling of a tubular body by providing a heat treatment furnace on one side in the axial center directon of a rotary metallic flask with a core mounting device rotatable to a retreat posture in-between, and providing movable drawing carriages between these. CONSTITUTION:A heat treatment furnace 13 is disposed on one side in the axial center direction of a rotary metal flask 1, with a core mounting device 2 in- between, between the posture opposing to one end of the flask 1 and the posture retreated from the extension position of the flask 1. A chucking device 17 gripping a tubular body P is provided, and moving carriages 29, 30 movable between the flask and the outer position in the end part on the side opposite from the flask 1 are provided. Hence, the body P is drawn from the flask 1 by moving the carriages 29, 30, after which the pipe body can be carried into the furnace 13 as it is in succession thereto, whereby the cooling of the tubular body P is reduc ed. |
