<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain foamed decorative material having distinctive undulation by a method wherein two kinds of foaming resin different in foaming temperatures with each other are laminated on a substrate, heated at low temperatures, then expanded after corrugation pattern is applied. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 1 is coated with and laminated by a synthetic resin layer 2 containing the 1st foaming agent, the laminated material is coated with a synthetic resin layer 3 containing the foaming agent having a decomposing temperature higher than the decomposing temperature of the 1st foaming agent and this coated material is heated at temperatures lower than the decomposing temperatures of both the 1st and the 2nd foaming agent, for example, heated and expanded after corrugation pattern is pressed by an embossing roll etc. under a state wherein the 2nd synthetic resin still holds closeness,the surface layer of a synthetic resin foamed layer containing the 2nd foaming agent is expanded around hollow cores formed by foaming of the 1st synthetic resin layer.</p> |
