PURPOSE:To obtain the titled fan which has no difference in the external diameters at both of its end parts, light in weight and excellent in balance of rotation by using a movable die and a fixed one which are provided with projection pieces for forming a space between blades with enough intervals respectively on both sides of a ringed split slide piece. CONSTITUTION:A fixed die 12 having projection pieces 17, 172 for forming a space between blades and a movable die are provided at enough intervals respectively on both sides of a ringed split slide piece 11 for forming outside edges of a blade 10. Into the gaps formed between each of the projection pieces, resin in injected in the manner that, the projection pieces of these two dies are arranged by inserting these pieces from both sides so that end tip of these pieces does not come in contact with other mating die, while leaving spaces sufficient enough for forming each blade inbetween the interval of projection pieces of other mating die on the inner periphery of slide pieces. After the resion is hardened, the fixed die is separated from the movable one to form the blades in a unitary body. |
