PURPOSE:To facilitate design of the casing by maintaining the pressure slightly higher than the ambient pressure in an enclosed motor having a propulsion device thereby reducing the differential pressure to be applied on the motor casing. CONSTITUTION:The interior of an enclosed motor 1 having a propulsion device 3 is connected through a pressurizing balance valve 5 to an air storage device 4 and through a reducing relief valve 7 to the environment of the motor. As the pressure in the motor increases, the pressure will function through a tube 25 of the relief valve onto a piston 20 in the relief valve to open the air discharge port 8a thus to discharge the air through a tube 8. When the pressure in the motor lowers, the ambient pressure of the motor will function a piston in a pressurizing ballance valve 5 to open an air inlet port 6a thus to supply the pressurized air from the air storage device into the motor. |
