PURPOSE:To obtain a form having the outer layer part of high density and the inner layer part of low density by a method wherein a resin passage for providing the inner layer part of the form and a plurality of slit resin passages for providing the outer layer part are laid in the drawing part in a die in an extruding machine. CONSTITUTION:When a mixture of thermoplastic synthetic resin and foaming agent melted and mixed in the extruding machine is dischanged through the drawing part laid in the resin passage in the die, projections through which a resin passage 2 forming the inner layer part of the molded part and a plurality of slit resin passages 1 forming the outer layer part are connected is used in the drawing part. In this manner, since the slit resin passage 1 is provided in the longitudinal direction, foaming resin discharged from this part reaches the surface layer of the form quickly, cooled and hardened before each foam grows enough, and forms the surface layer of high density. |
