PURPOSE:To automatically and easily perform speed change operation by providing rotary sensors to input and output shafts of a transmission and controlling the rotary speed of an engine in accordacne with a difference between rotary speeds of the shafts. CONSTITUTION:Rotary speed sensors 7, 8 are provided ro an input shaft 10a and output shaft 10b of a transmission 10. An actuator 5 in an engine 4, solenoid 6 of a clutch 11 and solenoid 9 of the transmission 10 are connected to a controller 3, respectively. When a shift lever 2 is operated, the controller 3 actuates the actuator 5 and the solenoids 6, 9 in accordance with a signal from the rotary speed sensors 7, 8. At a neutral position for the transmission in a speed changing state, the clutch is engaged to control a rotary speed of the engine in accordance with a difference between rotary speeds of the shafts, then automatic speed change operation can be performed. |
