PURPOSE:To increase the power-resistant performance of an output structure part by once introducing into a waveguide circuit, magnetic waves sent from a high-frequency circuit, and performing vacuum sealing by means of an airtight window located on the side of the said waveguide circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pillbox-shaped window 14 is provided on the side of a waveguide. A coaxial circuit and a wave guide circuit are connected by welding a flange 16. An insulating stone 17 is installed in order to support an inner conductor mechanically and to make heat generated in the inner conductor to go toward the side of an outer conductor. The insulating stone 17, which is not used for vacuum sealing, is provided with a plural number of penetrating holes. Vacuum sealing is carried out with a vacuum sealing insulating stone 15. Since both ends of the stone 17 are located completely within a vacuum encircling case, the power-resisting performance of this part is improved. In addition, the power-resisting performance of the vacuum sealing insulating stone 15 is extermely large since the diameter of the stone 15 can be larger compared with the insulating stone 17. |
