PURPOSE:To make driving energy small, construction simple and trouble difficult to occur by using an electromagnetic oscillation generator that can generate oscillations by electromagnetic force as an oscillation generator. CONSTITUTION:When alternating outputs Q are supplied to coils 4, 7 by operating an oscillator, electromagnetic force is generated by a driving coil 7 and an exciting coil 4, by which oscillations are generated in a movable body 6. When the body 6 oscillates, the oscillations in the direction vertical to an oscillation table 10 held by the body 6 are generated. Hence, the spring sample disposed between the spring retaining tables 12, 20 disposed on both upper and lower sides of the table 10 and the table 10 oscillates by as much as set number, from which the fatigue of the same is detected. Thereby, the cost is lowered, the wasteful oscillations of the device per se are suppressed and a longer life is provided. |
