PURPOSE:To measure the out of roundness of a tube easily and accurately by fitting a moving member, which moves in the radius direction of the tube to be measured, to a pipe inserted and installed horizontally in the center part of the tube through an arm. CONSTITUTION:In a pipe 1, a long-sized hole 3 equivalent to the length of an incorporated displacement gauge 2 is formed, and the 1st moving ring 4 which comes into sliding contact with the displacement gauge 2 through a pickup 5 and the 2nd moving ring 6 at distance from the 1st ring with a spring 7 between are provided on the outer circumference of the pipe 1 while running in the long- sized hole 3. A moving member 13 to which a wheel 15 running on the inner circumferential surface of a tube 14 to be measured is fitted is coupled with the pipe 1 by the 1st arm 9 pivoted on the outer circumferential part of a fixed ring 12 at the top of the pipe 1 and the 2nd supproting arm 10 pivoted on the outer circumferential part of the 1st moving ring 4, and the 2nd supporting arm 10 is coupled by the 2nd moving part 6 and a coupling arm 11. The pipe is rotated axially and the out of roundness of the tube 14 is measured easily and accurately by the extent of the radius-directional movement of the moving member 13. |
