PURPOSE:To obtain a device of superior workability and accuracy by attaching a mechanism of holding data until the reception of the next printing command to a control mechanism of a label printer and permitting arbitrary repetitive printing. CONSTITUTION:Printing data are held in a control mechanism of a printer which transfers the data from a data input section to a printing section via a control mechanism and prints the same on labels, until the next printing command is received, so that the above-mentioned data held therein are printed repeatedly by the operation of a means provided in the data input section. For example, a data holding circuit 304 is beforehand provided in the control mechanism of a device which processes data such as unit prices, tare weights, merchandise names, etc. from a data input section 10 and the merchandise weight data from a weighing section 50 in a control mechanism 30, prints the same in a printing section 40 and displays these in a data display section 20, so that the data held therein is printed and displayed repeatedly by the operation of the keys 16 in the data input section, without affecting other sections. |
