A stabilized oxymethylene copolymer composition comprising an oxymethylene copolymer, and incorporated therein, (1) at least one amine-substituted triazine of the following formula <IMAGE> wherein R1, R2 and R3 are a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group, a hydrogenated aryl group, an amino group or a substituted amino group, and at least one of them is an amino group or a substituted amino group, (2) at least one sterically hindered phenol of the following formula <IMAGE> wherein R4 and R5 are an alkyl group, a substituted alkyl group or a substituted triazole group and R6 is an alkyl group, a substituted alkyl group, an alkoxy group or a substituted amino group, and (3) at least one metal-containing compound selected from the group consisting of the hydroxides, inorganic acid salts, carboxylic acid salts and alkoxides of an alkali metal which is sodium or potassium or an alkaline earth metal which is magnesium, calcium or barium.
