<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate ununiformity in the thickness of the colored films of a color filter by forming a pattern structure in which the corners of each scribed line have been rounded off and by shifting the pattern edges of films brought into contact with the scribed line. CONSTITUTION:The pattern edges of colored films brought into contact with each scribed line are shifted to eliminate abrupt difference in level. When the upper colored films are formed, a dyeable org. material such as gelatin for forming the colored films does not stay in the scribed line 104 because of the stepped shape and uniform films can be formed. Since the corners 7 of a conventional scribed line 3 having 90 deg. angle are chamfered to form the scribed line 104 to which corners 105 has 135 deg. angle, ununiformity in the thickness of films caused by the corners 7 is eliminated by chamfering.</p> |
