PURPOSE:To immunologically measure directly without separating a adenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) precursor in blood from its fragment by a means such as gel filtration, using by selecting an antibody for fixation and an antibody for making of a solid phase sandwich method. CONSTITUTION:One antibody selected from anti-ACTH-16K fragment, anti-16K fragment, anti-ACTH, anti-N-peptid, anti-gamma-MSH, anti-alpha-MSH and anti-CLIP is used for the antibody for fixation, and one antibody selected from anti-beta-LPH, anti-gamma-LPH, anti-beta-endorfin, anti-beta-MSH and anti-alpha-endorfin is used for the antibody for marking or the antibody for fixation and antibody for marking are used substituting each other. By using said antibodies, an ACTH precursor is measured with good reproducibility and high measuring sensitivity by a solid phase sandwich method and the method suitable for automation is realized. |
