PURPOSE:To improve measuring accuracy and to shorten measuring time, by supplying an alternating current electric field to a sample material to be inspected in a measuring cell and heating it and then, beginning the measurement after stabilizing the temperature. CONSTITUTION:An U-shaped glass tube 2 injected a physiological saline solution as a sample is placed in a themostat 1. Next, an alternating current power source 72 is turned on and a prescribed voltage is applied on power-conducted electrodes 3, 3' by a variable transformer 73. At this time, switches 18, 19 connected to a direct current power source 71 are kept in an off-state. The temperature in the tube 2 is measured by a thermocouple 32 and a supply electric current is changed over from an alternating current to a direct current by turning on the switches 18, 19 of the source 71 when a indicated value of a temperature indicator 33 is kept constant. Hereby, the measuring accuracy is improved because the measurement is performed under the condition of a constant temperature. |
