发明名称 ROLLING METHOD FOR PLANE SHAPE CONTROLLING
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily and optionally control a plane-shape at the end part of a rolled product, by predicting the shape of rear end part at the exit side of a rolling material from rolling parameters at the inlet side of raid material for selecting lubricating patterns, and supplying a lubricant with the optimum conditions in the direction of the material width. CONSTITUTION:In the direction of roll barrels, 2 rows of injection nozzles 4, 4' (moreover 8, 8' in a reversing mill) directing to a rolling material 1 are arranged at the positions near the inlet side of working rolls 3. The rear end shape of the material 1 is detected by shape detectors 11, 12 installed at the inlet side of the rolls 3 to send the detected signal to an operator 14. The rear end part shape at the exit side of the material 1 is predicted from this detected shape and parameters such as, sheet thickness, material, reduction rate, and the predicted rolling load by the operator 14 and the injection timing and the supplying lubricant quantity of the injection nozzles, 4-j(j=1-n), 8-j(j=1-n) at respective positions in the direction of the sheet width are computed by the operator 14. The controlled flow rates are outputted to respective control valves 5-j(j=1-n), q-j(j=1-n) in accordance with the computed values.
