PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of an image, by providing a memory storing the dispersion in the sensity of each infrared-ray detector and changing the preset level of a CCD through the content. CONSTITUTION:Charges generated and stored in each detector of a detector arrangement 8 forming an IRCCD are transferred to each cell of a CCD10 via a transfer gate 9. On the other hand, the content of a memory 19 storing the dispersion in the sensitivity of each detector is sequentially in the timing just before the gate 9 is opened to change a reset level 22 via a D/A converter 20 and a buffer amplifier 21. Thus, since the variance in the level of the sensitivity of each detector of the IRCCD can be corrected, the deterioration in image can be prevented. |
