PURPOSE:To achieve uniform fixing without uneveness of fixing, by providing a plurality of high frequency applying means consisting of high frequency energy transmission lines, and making different the high frequency energy wave length through changing the dielectric constant of a dielectric substance being a transmission medium. CONSTITUTION:In conventional high frequency printing, since there are strong and weak regions of electric field strength in a transmission line toward transmission repetitively, they are cause to uneveness of fixing. A microwave transmitted on a coaxial cable 12 from a microwave generator 1 is transmitted to transmission lines (a plurality) being high frequency application means. The transmission line is e.g., a microstrip line, and a strip conductor 14 and a base conductor 15 clip dielectric substances 13(13-1, 13-2,...) and the dielectric constant of them is different. Thus, in respective transmission lines, since the period of fixing region is different, the recording paper carried toward 11 is fixed without unevenness. |
