PURPOSE:To obtain a high sealing performance by providing at least either of the metal seats on the valve element side and valve chast side with an elastical flexible deformable construction and thereby allowing both metal seats to make elastic contact at the time of valve closing. CONSTITUTION:The valve element side metal seat 5 is made of a metallic material such as spring steel etc., where one end of the flanged seat part 5b is fixed by a bolt 9 and the idle end side cylindrical seat part 5a is arranged with posibility of elastical flexible deformation in the direction of valve element. A ring-shaped groove 10 is formed in the outside surface of the valve element 6 near the cylindrical seat part 5a and a ring-shaped member 11 with possibility to deform elastically is fitted in this groove 10 being formed so as to check any foreign material intruding into the gap L. |
