PURPOSE:To simplify process and reduce fraction defective without any intertwinement of a long coil filament which is wound around a cylindrical winding frame by vertically rewinding the filament from the winding frame and cutting it. CONSTITUTION:A long W coil filament 6 is rewound when a cylindrical winding frame 5 is revolved in the direction of an arrow (A), using its axis 7 as the axis. A rewound filament 6' hangs down on the surface of the fixed blade 9 of a cutter 8. The filament 6' is cut when a move blade 10 is moved in the direction of an arrow (B) at the position where the filament ensures a preset lingitudinal line length. Besides, the winding frame 5 is revolved in the direction of the arrow (A), and is moved to the direction of an arrow (D) when the axis 7 is moved to the direction of an arrow (C). The filament 6' always hangs down on the surface of the cutter fixed blade 9 correct correctly and vertically. As a result, process is simplified without any intertwinement of the coil filament and generation of defective products can be reduced. |
