发明名称 ASSEMBLY METHOD OF DELAYED WAVE CIRCUIT STRUCTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize operation and obtain a delayed wave circuit structure by providing a spiral groove with the inverse direction revolution with the winding direction of a spiral on the inner wall of a cylindrical enclosure, inserting the delayed wave circuit and a support rod in the enclosure while an external force is being applied externally from three directions, and removing the external force. CONSTITUTION:A spiral groove 6 which has the inverse revolution direction for the winding direction of a spiral 1 that is used in a delayed wave circuit and of which pitch and width are approximate to those of the spiral 1 is provided on the inner surface of a cylindrical enclosure 5'. An external force is applied from arrow three directions to the section shifted by approximately 60 degrees from the point at which the enclosure directly touches the dielectric support rods 2- 4 of the enclosure 5' and the enclosure 5' is deformed in dots and lines. In this condition, the dielectric support rods 2-4 are internally inserted in the enclosure 5' while they are being held at 120 degrees intervals on the external surface of the spiral 1 by a proper jig. As a result, the external force applied to the spiral when the support rods are twisted is prevented from being ununiformalized and part of electron beams can be prevented from being caught by the spiral.
