PURPOSE:To suppress transverse oscillation of a rope mounted to a lever, by placing a supporting point of the lever in a horizontally movable state and arranging this supporting point so as to be located not in a node but in a loop of vibration of the lever. CONSTITUTION:An ellipse, projected locus of ends of levers 13, 15 when titling cores of axes 12, 14 is horizontally flat, and a large radius of curvature is obtained in the vicinity of a neutral point, then a supporting point suspending a balance rope 8 is equivalently located upward from a point H by the radius of curvature, thus the point H is not in a node but approximated to an antinode of vibration of the rope 8. If the point H moves in accordance with vibration of the rope 8, the levers 13, 15 move rocking to cause friction resistance with the shafts 12, 14, here vibrating energy can be absorptively consumed. |
