PURPOSE:To vary an oscillation period over wide range by connecting a switching transistor (TR) to a charging circuit and a discharging circuit for a capacitor, respectively, and by bringing its conduction under the switching control of a switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:A switching SWTR3b, connected to the charge path of a capacitor (C)2, is brought under the SW control of a switching circuit 7 through TRs 3c and 3d. For charging, the TR3b is turned on and the SWTR4b connected to a discharging circuit 4 is turned off. For discharging, the TR3b is turned off, and the TR4b is turned on, thus perventing influences upon the other circuits mutually during the charging and discharging. Therefore, the maximum voltage of the C2 and the minimum voltage during the discharging are set optionally and independently and the high and low levels of a bias voltage applied from a bias voltage circuit 5 to the base of the TR1b of a differential amplifier 1 are set high and low optionally thereby widening the adjustment range of an oscillation period. |
