PURPOSE:To decrease a mounting space axially in a drive shaft, by adapting the internal end of a cover to the external surface of a guide plate and resiliently deforming the cover in accordance with the displacement of a moving member, constituting a belt wheel, toward the side of a fixed member. CONSTITUTION:When a moving member b2 is displaced to the side of a fixed member b1 in accordance with an increase of speed of a crankshaft 1, a cover 14 is also displaced at the same time, however, the peripheral edge of an opening part 14a of the cover 14 is approximated or adapted to the external surface of a guide plate 10, then the displacement is limited beyond the state of the peripheral edge of the opening 14a adapted to the guide plate 10. Accordingly, the cover 14 is elastically deformed to saucer shape only by the displacement of its peripheral part, to enclose a housing part 8 together with the guide plate 10. In this way, sealing quality of the housing part 8 is held, then grease in the housing part 8 is never scattered to the outside. |
