The prefabricated constructional section for a building wall is positioned on top of or next to another, with or without a joint of mortar. It contains grooves into which linkage fasteners locate. The cavity between the constructional sections may be filled with heat and noise insulating material or in the case of high buildings a reinforced concrete framework. The elements are cast in reinforced concrete, carry internal ridges and have a rectangular outer face.
