PURPOSE:To save the energy consumption for driving the pump itself, by enabling the adjustment of the maximum delivery through an electric-hydraulic servo mechanism. CONSTITUTION:By the attraction of a solenoid mechanism 1, a spool 3 will move through a control rod 15 against a spring 6 then ballanced and stopped. Upon the movement of the spool 3, a port 25 will open and the oil from an oil source 16 is led to the right chamber in a cylinder 5. Since the piston 4 is fixed, the cylinder 5 is driven to be moved to the right. Consequently the port 25 will close gradually and when closed completely the cylinder 5 will stop. When the cylinder 5 moves to the right in such a manner, the flexure of the spring 8 is increased through a spacer 7 thus to increase the force for pushing a cam ring 12 to the right through the piston 9 resulting in the increase of the maximum delivery pressure of the pump. |
