PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly by simplifying constitution by providing the storage and fixation parts of magnetic bubble memory chips on a lead frame for signal transfer. CONSTITUTION:At the center part of a frame 10 for signal transmission, storage parts 11 for storing and fixing magnetic bubble chips 2- are formed in one body. In the storage parts 11, the chips 2- are stored and the lead pins 13- of the frame 10 and the chips 2- are connected with bonding wires 4- to assemble them with epoxy resin, etc., together with magnet coil assemblies 21 and 21 which face both the surfaces of the chips 2-, thus obtaining simple lamination constitution which eliminates the need for a substrate. Consequently, a magnetic memory device is assembled easily and securely. |
